log log shipping issue on 19.3 standby database

I have Oracle rac 19c with 2 nodes on linux 7 with database 19.3 with single node standby database that is opened in read -only mode (active dataguard)

on daily basis from 12am till 3.30 AM i notice a lot of  rfs (PID:22620): Possible network disconnect with primary database in the standby database alert logfile and in the primary database

Fatal NI connect error 12170.
