Has anyone implemented Interac e-transfer bulk payment for PS Accounts Payable?

Has anyone implemented Interac e-transfer bulk payment for PS Accounts Payable? Is it possible to set this up in PeopleSoft Accounts Payable or is a customization the only way to go?

Our current bank offers this feature which will enable us to quickly send payments to customers, employees, businesses and other payees anywhere in Canada using their email address, mobile phone number, or gain added control and security by using the recipient’s bank account number.
