What is causing the 'xml is invalid' error message for one user after upgrade
We just upgraded to PT 8.59.04.
Afterwards, one of the users is getting the error message, 'xml is invalid', when she clicks on the View All link on the PeopleTools>Security>User Profiles>User Profiles page (Roles tab)
The trace (PC 4044 and SQL 7) is not disclosing what is causing the issue.
What is causing this issue? No one else is getting the error when trying to replicate her issue.
We had another user getting this issue in the PeopleTools>Integration Broker......>Asynchronous Service Monitor page when she clicked on a details link. This opened a new window with a popup block. Once she allowed the popup she no longer got the 'xml is invalid' error. No one else was getting the error on that page either.
