How to Call OAS URL from EBS Responsibility with out OAS & EBS Integration

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded Oracle EBS R12.1.3 to R12.2.9, my client is using Oracle Discoverer and we got update from Oracle that Discoverer is Obsolete in 12.2.9 and OAS is Introduced. So we decided use this OAS application as standalone module with out integrating to oracle EBS since 70% of Business Users use this application directly and 30% of the Users uses via EBS login.

1, How to call OAS URL from EBS Responsibility (Created one Function and assigned ot menu but it is not working) Need details steps.

2, Can we use OAS application as a standalone module with out integrating to oracle EBS?
