need to change deliverable status at the PO to track the deliverables

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Created a PO with a contract terms and Deliverable but the button of change deliverable status at PO terms tap is grey out and i need to know how the deliverables work and can be tracked .
