Exposing PLSQL API through Integrated SOA Gateway in EBS R12.2

Hi,

We have a requirement to integrate third party system with Oracle EBS R12.2 using REST API through Integrated SOA Gateway. Objective is to sync the Vendor / Supplier data from third party to Oracle EBS through seeded Supplier, Supplier Site, Bank Account through REST API

Can you please help with the process needed for this requirement?
