IEX_FULFILL_BODY: different message per operating unit

Hi all!

For the profile option IEX_FULFILL_BODY a message has been shipped, the name of the message is the same as the profile option. I know that it is possible to customize the text. But I wonder if it is possible to have different texts. For our EBS 12.2 instance we have over 15 OU's and they do not have the same contact details.
