How to get Activity Result from workflow

Hi Gurus,


I have a requirement where I need to store workflow activity result in a field and I have explored multiple tables which store this activity result but I could not find one which can provide me result I am looking for.

I have attached a screenshot where I have marked in red what activity result I am looking for, could you please help me find table which store this?

I also looked into WF_ITEM_ACTIVITY_STATUSES, in that table, activity status is 'ACKNOWLEDGE' instead of 'Reject'.

This activity is generated from workflow email notification and user click on one the accept/reject link within workflow notification.
