Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. On the HCM Encryption Framework we are using a certificate and get a Peoplecode error.

In our setup on the Algorithm Keyset we have a certificate in place. Receiving the error:

Parameter is invalid for algorithm aes_ks256_cbc_encrypt. (211,503) CRYPT_WRK.SELECT_FLAG.FieldChange PCPC:251 Statement:4
