Question about Gmail sending password reset emails to spam folder.
Curious to see if anyone else is having an issue with this. Many if not all of our users with a Gmail account associated with their EBS account are reporting that all password lost/reset request are being sent to their spam folder by Gmail. With the volume we are seeing, just having each them mark the email as safe doesn't seem to be a viable resolution.
Anybody else seeing this and if so how are you handling it?
