File type no longer accepted in file extensions list

Hi everybody,

I have a quick question about how to manage files types that are no longer accepted in the File extensions List.

The easy part is removing the file extension, nobody can no longer deposit that can of file ?

The hard part letting users continue to have access to already deposited file. There is the role PTFX Ignore Download Ext Lists but is for super users and the people that we want to continue to have access to files are students.

Does anybody have any suggestion ?
