Is it possible to modify the email address from Oracle for Reports?

We would like to update Oracle email's sender field to reflect the specific client so that it's not mistaken / tagged as spam or otherwise.

Attached example shows the "from:" email address currently being displayed. Is it possible to customize the part that says "planning-a235833" to "Soul-Cycle Report", please? If so, how do we go about making this change request, please?
