How is New Field PTIBAPPLNAME in PSOPERATION (App Service ID) populated?

We have just Upgraded from PT 8.57.20 to PT 8.59.04.

Afterwards we are unable to migrate (using STAT) the QAS_EXECUTEQRYSYNC_OPER service operation because it is failing in STAT with the following error message

Error:ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("SYSADM"."PSOPERATION"."PTIBAPPLNAME")

PTIBAPPLNAME is a new field on the PSOPERATION table. How is this populated? We only have 22 service operations were this field contains a value.

I see it is used as search criteria on a few pages (such as the one shown below). I can not find any page where you can enter this new field.
