Notification mailer issue

Dear all,

I'm facing an issue with EBS workflow mailer due to DB block corruption since more than 1 month and till today not fixed with oracle support (Notification mailer services not starting)

as I'm facing pressure from end users (no more receiving any notification after any manager approval ), are there any workaround to bypass this issue and try to send notification to with another way ?
