Is there a way to output PSQuery results to JSON?

We are currently upgrading to PT8.59.04 and HCM Image 38. Our customer has asked if there is a way to output results from PSQuery to JSON format. Is QAS the best solution or is there anything else that would convert PSQuery results to JSON format?
