Customise EMAIL_PO_PDF workflow notification to remove header details

Does anyone know how to modify the message used by the POAPPRV process to send emails to suppliers to that the From/To/Send/ID header is not displayed in the emailed notification?

I have tried creating a message template both in WFMAIL and POAPPRV directly to see if this will override, but my many attempts have not worked.
