Receiving result as 'False' while running Contract clause xml import process

Hi All,

Receiving result as 'False' in Output and Log while running Contract clause xml import process. The data is not inserted into any of the interface tables.

I am using the attached xml file for import. (changed the extension to .doc since .xml was not allowed. I have 'Business Practices Director' job role as well.
