Oracle Collection module - delinquent client not displaying in Delinquent Account screen

Hello,

I am facing delinquenct accounts issue in UWQ. Client assigned to collector, aging invoices over 100 days is visible under the collections screen serach. However, when i search for the same customer under the UWQ>Delinquent Accounts, customer is not displayed. I have run the program IEX: Populate UWQ Summary Table as per few troubleshoot techniques suggested in oracle notes, without any success.

Please suggest how can i bring up the delinquent customer record under UWQ. I have attached the example for reference. We have multiple customer records having same issue.
