getting this email alerts with subject line below:-

Action Required: Local Event ERROR : oracle.apps.po.event.po_approved / 23002

Action Required: Local Event UNEXPECTED : oracle.apps.fnd.wf.ds.user.updated / PZ40GW


what is the cause here and how we can remove it. or is it critical issue.
