JRNL1_WS functionality with OneDrive - PS9.2 PI34

Our company has recently starting using MicroSoft OneDrive. With the implementation of OneDrive, this is causing our users to experience issues when using the JRNL1_WS to load journal entries. Based on our research if the Jrnllog.xls is not open prior to loading an entry, an error message pops up stating "Bad File Name or Number". Per Oracle Doc ID 2679392.1, they indicated the options are 1) Open the jrnllog.xls prior to load, 2)add custom macro code or 3) submit an enhancement idea. All of this was back in June 2020. Since I cannot find anything more recent I was wondering: 1) If any other company is experiencing this issue, 2) if anyone has fixed this, if they would be willing to share experience and 3) if someone has logged an enhancement so I can vote it up.
