Alerts Not showing under Bell Icon but sends email

Hi,

We are trying to implement ALERTS to show under Bell Icon. We are upgrading to FMS 42.

I designed a custom query and did the configurations mentioned in the below document.

Once I did this, the process scheduler alerts show but not the Query Alerts when I Run the 'Run Alerts Process. The Run Alerts process (Nav> Enterprise Components --> Events and Notifications --> Alerts --> Run Alerts) sends an email notification but does not show the alert under the bell icon.

Can someone help me in debuging the issue ? What else do I need to check for configuration ?
