Can the chatbot or Digital assistant be embedded in Oracle SaaS cloud application as a widget?
We are trying to understand the feasibility of embedding chatbot/digital assistant as a widget in Oracle SaaS cloud application.
can you pls let us know if this is feasible or not? does Oracle allow SaaS cloud extension to embed this chat widget? This Chat widget should be seen as a prompt in the lower right corner of the SaaS cloud application.
We need the bot to be opened up on click of this widget and this bot should interact with cloud user without interfering the navigation of the application.
