Unable to load Peoplesoft Page

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 2 comments

Hi all,


Currently we hit the following issue.

We are unable to hit psp pages ( Peoplesoft portal with header )

https://psoft92/psp/elm92uat/EMPLOYEE/ELM

however, it works for the same destination we use psc instead ( Peoplesoft component without header )

https://psoft92/psc/elm92uat/EMPLOYEE/ELM


Can anyone advise what may be the cause of the issue?


We tried to clear both the application cache and the web cache but issue remains.

This only occur to one of our instance ELM.

The other instance HCM does not have any issue.


There were no major changes made during these period.
