Can I rollback a Database Bundle Patch (DB BP) to a previous Database Patch Set Update (DB PSU)?

Hello MOS Communities,

I would like to know if it is possible to rollback specifically the below Database Bundle Patch (DB BP) JULY 2019 to a previous or same quarter Database Patch Set Update (DB PSU) in a DataGuard Primay and Physical StandBy system, in order to continue patching to the latest Database PSU 12.1.0.2.210720 available for us in our company since we do not have Extended Support. As of now latest DB BP available for us in JULY 2019, but our security vulnerabilities scanner is flagging this database as missing PSUs from October 2019 until July 2021, assuming we have PSUs available,
