OAM 12.2.1.4 Cert mode configuration error while downloading artifacts

Dears,

I'm trying to configure Cert mode and one of the first instruction is to download the artifacts.

Unfortunately I'm getting errors as in attached, can anyone suggest the right direction?

We are on Windows 2019 server with 12.2.1.4 IDM installed and patched with SPB Jan 2022.

DOMAIN_HOME has been configured and setDomainEnv.cmd has been run prior to invoking WLST command.
