Incremental differential backup size equals to Full backup size.

Hello all,

I have a multitenant oracle 19c RAC database using ASM and block change tracking. However I've noticed, that the incremental lvl 1 backups are almost as huge as the full backups, so I checked the DB alertlog and foung this:

UMKDB(3):not using change tracking for this File# 43,

UMKDB(3):csno: 1

UMKDB(3):not using change tracking for this File# 52,

UMKDB(3):csno: 1

UMKDB(3):not using change tracking for this File# 50,

UMKDB(3):csno: 1

UMKDB(3):not using change tracking for this File# 54,

UMKDB(3):csno: 1
