BI Pubilsher Report shows success but does not open

There is a BI Publisher report that was run successfully. When clicking on the PDF report it attempts to open the report however there is an error. Adobe Acrobat is able to open up any other report without any issues, only a problem with this report. Have attempted to process again and new instance has the same issue. How can I troubleshoot this issue?
