Session Agent intermittently out of service on Oracle SBC
Hi,
We recently had a session agent go in and out of service on the SBC, which in turn affected calls. We disabled and re-enabled the affected agent which seem to have resolved the issue.
We would like to determine what could have been the cause of this, as it was a one time occurrence - which logs on the sbc can be checked that will be able to verify this? I have checked the log.sipd but not seeing anything relating to the session agent being in a standby/out of service state. We are unable to re-create this issue, so the logs are our only source of troubleshooting on the SBC side. Currently have ping-method set to continuous
