Is there Time zone Defined for WH or Store location in RMS V16 or V19

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Since external system like OTM or TM requires Foundation system to feed base data for Store/WH setup and send to downstream in there local time zone of the location . is there a better way to maintain instead of creating a CFAS or Code detail look up to send the time zones
