Application module missing in OAF page details

hi,

we are upgrading from 12.1.9 to 12.2.3, after upgrade we trying to load configurator using sales person responsibity and it is loading into an empty page. when we check in page details we found that one of the application module is missing. what changes should we do to make it load and what might have gone wrong?

i'm attaching the screenshots of page details of both previous and upgraded environment.
