IDM 12.2.1.3 UMS Emails not sent

Hi All,

We're in the process of upgrading our IDM Suite (11.1.2.3) to 12.2.1.3.

For the most part, the upgrade was completed successfully. But we're having problems with emails generated by the Workflow.

We done what configuration we think needs to completed for UMS, but when we test account and role requests, we see that the email is getting to the queue (in our mail.info log). But it's not going any further.

We have just exhausted every effort short of opening an SR to try to resolve this problem. I was wondering if any of you gurus may have some suggestions on what to check.
