Special Character issue via the DBLINK from oracle to infomix (database Gateway issue)

in Gateways, Oracle Lite, Oracle DB Mob. Server, TimesTen (MOSC)

Hi all

have a special Character issue eg: óúñÑ when querying via the database link on both sides. from Informix or oracle.


what could I change to solve this issue or is it a limitation on the database gateway?

Most tables are located on the Informix side.

Oracle version : 12.2.0.1.0

Informix version 11.31

operating system : HP-UX Itanium 

example below ---------


First row 3 inserted from Informix, last five inserted from oracle .

The query is from the oracle side select * from "table"@dblink.

Any advice or solutions will be appreciated
