Remote call program failing

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered

We are on PT-8.57.23 on Win-2012 and MS SQL server-2016 on Win-2012. We have separate app, web and batch server. Below is the error that we see for the Remote Call Test.

No recent changes/patches to our environment. 

We checked/tried below -

ODBC works and so is app designer login, app server is up and running, micro focus license manager restarted, COBOL compiled from compiler server and the CBLBINU moved to prod but no luck.

Could you Please help?
