Workflow Background process with item type IEX: STRATEGY FULFILLMENT MAILER not picking work items

Hi,

Workflow Background process with item type IEX: STRATEGY FULFILLMENT MAILER not picking work items even after the status of the work item is open and there is no error associated with it. This started happening after the workflow background process with the item type IEX: STRATEGY FULFILLMENT MAILER errored due to maximum cursors open issue. After this issue, I find the log of Workflow background process always empty for the mentioned item type.


Kindly help!!!
