Workflow Background Process with type IEX:Strategy Fulfillment Mailer not initiating Automatic Items

Hi,

Workflow Background Process with type IEX: Strategy Fulfillment Mailer not initiating Automatic work items and when I see the workflow for these items from collections form, it is stuck with "ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded

ORA-06512: at "APPS.WF_NOTIFICATION", line 4055

ORA-01000: maximum open cursors exceeded" error.


Any help appreciated!!
