Getattachment function is not working for SFTP

I've created a new SFTP URL, the location to get the file is three directories from the root. While the putattachment is working fine, the getattachment is not. The file returned is empty. Makes me wonder if I am navigating to the correct directory. The logs and trace seem to indicate the download works but as mentioned the file is empty.

Any help would be appreciated.
