any excel,word download file repair error is coming

in EBS Customizations (MOSC) Question

Hi,

we are downloading file from third party(IMscan) to oracle. Files are downloading. only issue try open file we are getting error we found problem with some content in "test.xlsx". Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? if you trust source of this book.

After give Yes. Excel able to open to repair or discarded.

Kindly help why error is coming.
