Default Search Criteria to be Expanded

Hello,

We are using PeopleSoft FIN 9.2 PeopleTools 8.58 and would like to have all Search Criteria for field values be defaulted to be expanded. Is there a global setting or code that we can modify this? The screenshot below is an example of a field that we would want to default the search criteria expanded.
