Workflow mailer - stop email notification for Supply chain modules

I have EBS Dev instance and we use it for testing purpose , we need to stop only the workflow mailer from sending any emails or notifications to suppliers , but we still need the work flow mailer works on other modules such as payroll and Core HR and so on .how could we do that?
