Upgrading Peopletools from 8.57 to 8.59, do I need to apply the patch in Change Assistant

Hello,

I am upgrading PeopleTools form 8.57 to 8.59.09. I have ran the 8.59 Peopletools upgrade template already. Do I need to apply the PeopleTools patch process in change assistant? For some reason I recall doing this in the past, however change assistant now tells me - "The PeopleTools Patch Selected is the same or lower than the currently installed PeopleTools Patch. It is not recommended to re-apply or downgrade PeopleTools Patches."
