List Box Item in the Search Grid - Left Alignment

Team -- We are upgrading the PeopleTools from 8.57 to 8.59 tools. Its been found the alignment of Run control IDs in the search dialog box (list box items) are center aligned and not sure how to default to Left aligned. There are few other pages as well we see the list box item values are center aligned as opposed to be Left. There should be a default setup we believe which we cant find it. May be it is too basic to ask but any thoughts on how to setup or fix this would be great.
