Homepages in Peopletools 8.59

I think I'm confused on the different homepages in 8.59. I recently upgraded peopletools to 8.59. I decided to look at my userid and another users userid's homepages. I see myself as having a default homepage as 'My Homepage'. The other user has a homepage of 'Tammye's Page'. This user doesn't have a 'My Homepage'. I'm wondering what the difference is between my userid and the other userid. Why the different default homepages.
