Kibana Dashboards are missing in our 9.2 upgrade environment

We are in process of migrating from PeopleSoft 9.1 to PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM 41 PeopleTools 8.58. We were expecting delivered Kibana dashboards out of the box.

Navigated to PeopleTools - Search Framework - Administration - Deploy Kibana Dashboards and page is blank. No Kibana dashboards to deploy.

We have them in 9.2 demo environment and found the info is stored in PS_PTSF_DBOARD_DTL table. No data exists in our 9.2 environment in this table.

Could you please guide the right steps to migrate Kibana Dashboards and related definitions.
