ROUNDED_OFF_AMT and rounding rules Usage

Hello,

I am having some issues related to rounding differences, the RTLOGs are coming from a custom OMS and also from Xstore, the ones coming from Xstore are ok, the ones coming from OMS are not (when promo disc are present). I tried by configuring rounding rules and it works for OMS because ref9 is populated --> the rules engine looks for the next range close to the decimal amount, when ref9 is null (Xstore) --> then is has to look for the exact range.
