Anyone Using Contract Library Folders? - Any Value in Being able to Filter and Action Clauses?

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi All

Is anyone using the Contract Library Folders and if not please share the reason(s).

We have a client running 12.1.3 and observed that the folder functionality in the Terms Library is nice, but lacks some key elements as listed below:

  1. No ability to view the status of the Clauses selected before or after
  2. No ability to pre-filter by Including only X, Y or Z Status Clauses, ALL, or other search criteria found in Clauses Pages.
  3. No ability to perform any actions on Clauses contained within the folder

We believe large library clients would benefit greatly from having the above capabilities addressed. Does anyone know if this is readily available in 12.2?
