Remove Double Quotes When Scheduling PSQUERY to Output File

We are trying to schedule a PSQUERY to write the output file to a file server -- File Type: File and Format: TXT. When the file is written to the file server, it is a .CSV (comma-delimited) file (which is fine) that has double quotes around each field value. How do we get the file written with no double quotes or qualifier around each field value?
