GL Opening the next 5 Budget Years

Hi,

A customer I support is on 12.2.11 and GL is on Patch Set Level R12.GL.C.11.

They have asked:

• We have loaded the new periods into Prod
• Is there any issue with us opening future budget years (5 years ahead), to allow us to post a 5 year budget?

This has been tested on a test system to allow the process to be tested.

Which says:

Opening a Budget Year

You can enter and update budget amounts only for open budget years. Once you open a new fiscal year for your budget, it remains open. For best performance, do not open a budget year until you are ready to use it.
