Options to protect sensitive data from direct access to HCM database

Hi All,


Seeking inputs on options to protect Peoplesoft 9.2 HCM database sensitive data from direct

access to database for certain accounts. I aware this is very well taken care from application

end but seeking what you have in place for direct access.
