PeopleSoft VCHR_EXPRESS CI save error issue

Hi

We currently have an app engine program designed ( Do Select & Peoplecode in same step - CI code within try....catch) to retrieve data from a table and create vouchers via a custom VCHR_EXPRESS CI.

We are experiencing an issue where, when the CI is failing to save a voucher, the app engine process is going to 'No Success' (error example: The field {XX_VCHR_EXPRESS_C1.PYMNT_VCHR_XREF(1).PYMNT_METHOD} is required. You must enter a value for it before proceeding. (15,54))) without processing any further rows (which we want it to do).

We made sure the CI has full access right and app engine step's ON-error is set to 'Suppress' (tried 'Ignore' as well)
