Expense Report Workflow Mailer

Hi. When a expense report gets submitted, my manager receives a workflow email from Oracle. My manager thought it was phishing because it didn't look like an email that would come from within my organization. Is there a way to change the email address for the workflow (the email address ends in workflow.mail.us2.cloud.oracle.com)? Thanks.
